1. General Information

A&B Detailing provides professional automotive detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, and related services.
All work is performed by trained professionals using high-quality products and equipment.
These Terms apply to all bookings, services, and use of our website.

2. Bookings and Appointments

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
  
  

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We require at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Deposits may be forfeited if less than 8 hours’ notice is provided or in the case of a no-show.
• A&B Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  
  

5. Vehicle Condition

• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or issues such as scratches, cracked glass, or aftermarket parts.
• A&B Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing or hidden damage that becomes apparent during or after the service.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, stains, or heavy buildup).
  
  

6. Window Tinting

• Customers are responsible for ensuring tint levels comply with local laws and regulations.
• Please do not roll down your windows for at least 48 hours after installation to allow curing.
• Minor imperfections such as small dust particles or light haze may occur during curing and are normal.
• A&B Detailing provides a limited warranty against bubbling or peeling under normal use. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  
  

7. Ceramic Coating & Detailing

• Results may vary based on vehicle condition and maintenance.
• Customers must follow aftercare instructions to preserve coating protection.
• Warranty does not cover damage from neglect, improper washing, or environmental exposure.
  
  

8. Liability

A&B Detailing is not responsible for:

• Personal items left in the vehicle
• Minor or pre-existing damage uncovered during service
• Damage resulting from neglect or improper care after the service
  
  

9. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  
  

10. Service Changes and Pricing

A&B Detailing reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will always be available on our website.

11. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt or hack the website.
• All content, logos, and images on abdetailing.ca are the property of A&B Detailing and may not be used without permission.
